This locomotive was allocated new to Hornsey, and was transferred to Haymarket in 1966, being withdrawn in November 1992.
Since restoration, it has visited the Llangollen Railway, the East Lancashire Railway, Toton Depot open day and the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway. It has also seen regular use at Bo'ness.
