Privately owned. Not in working order.
Built by English Electric, Vulcan Foundry, 1965. 1,750 BHP.
Named The Scottish Railway Preservation Society until 2000, previously Loch Eil Outward Bound.

The locomotive was delivered new to Cardiff Canton depot. It was renumbered 37307 in 1974, and was converted to a Class 37/4 in 1985 as one of a group of locomotives transferred to Scotland to work passenger trains. As 37413 it worked West Highland and Oban trains, and in March 1987 was named Loch Eil Outward Bound. The locomotive was transferred to England in 1992, but returned to Scotland in 1997 when it was renamed The Scottish Railway Preservation Society at Bo'ness. It then saw service in the western highlands, north west England and north Wales until 2000, when it was placed in storage. It was sold to a private owner in 2007.

This locomotive arrived at Bo'ness on 14 November 2008.

Full details of 37413's service history is available at the Class 37 Locomotive Group website, and details of work at Bo'ness will be found soon at the SRPS Diesel Group website.
